ZAR Commercial Real Estate Services (ZAR) provides brokerage and consulting services to building owners, landlords, property managers, and other real estate professionals pursuing General Services Administration (GSA) and other federal, state, and local government real estate requirements.
The federal government is the largest tenant of workspace in the United States. The GSA acquires space on behalf of government agencies and departments through the leasing, acquisition, and development of properties. The GSA has approximately 7,500 leases throughout the United States and maintains an inventory close to 370 million square feet of owned and leased properties. Our team of specialists will be able to assist you with government leasing requirements for any federal government agencies and departments including the General Services Administration, Department of Veteran Affairs, Department of Agriculture, Army Corps of Engineers, Bureau of Land Management, and the Department of Transportation.
Our team also works directly with government agencies and municipalities with the strategic planning, market surveys, public solicitations/RFP development, negotiations, proposal evaluations, and lease award preparations.

Kydin provides advisory services with a specialization in General Services Administration (GSA) and government real estate transactions.
Prior to forming ZAR, Kydin served as a GSA Branch Chief and Contracting Officer with over 10 years of work experience in the public sector. He also spent 4 years in the private sector as a Managing Director with a Washington DC-based real estate firm.
During his tenure with the GSA, Kydin managed a procurement division and worked with various service centers focusing on leasing, construction, facilities management, and other real estate related services for a portfolio of government-owned and commercially leased buildings. Throughout his career, he has provided services for a variety of government agencies and departments including the White House, FBI, FDA, IRS, NIH, FAA, DOJ, and HUD. He also held an unlimited contracting officer warrant allowing him to procure a limitless amount of supplies and services on behalf of the federal government.
